The search forms on this site pass what you type (a name, a phone number, or an address) to the third-party search provider that powers the results. Your Privacy Choices
The Maryland Online Data Privacy Act, effective October 1, 2025, gives qualifying users rights involving access, correction, deletion, and certain processing choices, subject to its scope and exceptions. We can check our contact mailbox and available server logs for a valid request made through the Contact page. Records held by Bethesda-area offices, Montgomery County, or Maryland agencies remain under the custodian's control. The Act also excludes lawfully public information from its personal-data definition.
